Malatya apricots. Smyrna figs. Anatolian mulberries. We bring the world's best dried fruit to American shelves — each one from the region that grows it best, soft like real fruit, and honest about what's in the bag.
like real fruit
Most dried fruit reaches American shelves as an anonymous commodity. QURME puts a name on it: one fruit, one region, a short honest label, and the paperwork done before it lands.
Malatya apricots. Smyrna figs. Bursa prunes. Afyon cherries. Mulberries from village trees in Malatya and Adiyaman. We go where each fruit grows best, and we say where.
Five of our seven fruits list exactly one ingredient. The classic apricots add sulfur to keep the color; the tart cherries add sugar and a little sunflower oil. Both say so in plain words.
FDA-format labels, lot and dates on every pack, a Certificate of Analysis with every lot, and domestic shipping from our US distribution partner. No import work on your side.
The same fruit in 5 oz retail pouches, 1 oz fruit & nut mixes, 5 lb food service bags and bulk cartons. One supplier, every format, mixed pallets and LCL at any time.
Apricots on drying cloths under the Malatya sun. Figs on wooden trays in the Aegean hills. Sour cherries from the Afyon plateau, plums from Bursa, mulberries shaken from village trees. We buy from the people who do it right: fruit, sun and time.

The apricot the world knows Turkey for. Sun-dried in Malatya, then softened: like real fruit, with the sweetness turned up. Good source of potassium.

The same Malatya apricot, dried the old way without sulfur. Darker, deeper, with a honeyed, almost caramel note. One ingredient.

Smyrna figs from the Aegean hills around Aydin, where most of the world's dried figs are grown. Soft skin, jammy center, crunchy seeds. Good source of fiber.

Plump, pitted and softened so they stay moist to the last one in the bag. Deep, dark and gently sweet. Good source of fiber, high in vitamin K.

Pale, chewy and naturally sweet, with notes of honey and fig. A village snack in Anatolia for centuries, finally in a pouch. Fiber, potassium, plant protein.

The rarer, darker cousin: tart-sweet, intensely fruity, with the deep color of a berry that was never bred for shelf life. The Anatolian heritage berry.

Real sour cherries, pitted and sweetened just enough to balance the bite. Sharp, bright and very red. The one fruit in the range where we add sugar — and we say so on the label.
Our fruit with Turkish nuts and seeds, in single-serve pillow packs from a 10-count display box. Named for the moment, not the marketing.

No sugar added in any mix. Nuts roasted or raw as named on pack. Contains tree nuts. Recipes as sampled in October 2026; final nutrition panels follow the first production run.
Aegean fig orchard, AydinMost of the dried figs on earth come from one Aegean province. Malatya is the apricot capital of the world. Mulberries have been dried in Anatolian villages for longer than anyone has written down. We go to each region for its fruit — and only its fruit — and bring it home to the US.
We buy at origin, in season, from the region that defines each fruit.
Sun-dried or slow-dried, then sorted and graded. Apricots, figs and prunes are softened for the retail line.
